No. ZipCart is a commission-based sales and affiliate platform, not a recruitment scheme. Commission is only ever paid against a real, verified product sale — never for recruiting someone else. There is no fee to join as an agent.

Some companies, and some agents through their storefront, run their own branded subdomain or custom domain on ZipCart. You're still shopping on the same platform underneath — the same products, checkout, and policies apply.

Open Homes for rent (/rentals). Search by area, or tap "Near me" on the map, then filter by rent, bedrooms, who it's for (family, bachelor, women only, students), furnishing, move-in date and facilities. Each listing shows real photos room by room, every room's size, the full monthly and move-in cost, and the neighbourhood on a map. Tap ♡ to save homes to /rentals/saved. To visit, pick a time under "Book a visit" — once the landlord confirms, you get the exact address, directions, and can share "I'm on my way" live location; see all visits at /rentals/viewings. Prefer landlords with the green "Verified landlord" badge, read reviews from people who visited, and report any listing that looks fake or asks for money before a viewing. Always see a home in person before paying any advance.

Open My home & rent (/rentals/my-home). Your landlord's bKash/Nagad/Rocket or bank details are shown there. Pay them directly, then tap "Pay this bill" and enter the transaction ID. Once your landlord confirms the money arrived you get a numbered receipt you can print. You can also report repairs, fill the police tenant-information form, and give notice from the same page.

Register at /register/landlord, add your building and set its map pin, then add each flat/room/seat/shop/office with room details, rent and at least 3 photos, and publish it. Your exact address stays private — tenants only see the area until a viewing is confirmed.

Yes. On Homes for rent (/rentals), type or tap 🎤 and say what you want in Bangla or English — for example "ধানমন্ডিতে ৩ রুমের ফ্ল্যাট, ২৫ হাজারের মধ্যে, লিফট আছে". The filters fill in automatically. Tap "Alert me" to get a daily email when new homes match (manage them at /rentals/alerts). Each listing also shows whether the rent is fair for the area and, once you enter your office or school, roughly how long the daily trip takes.

Searching, saving and booking viewings is free. When you sign a rental agreement, the platform may charge a small one-time service fee (a percentage of one month's rent, shown on your tenancy page). Pay it to the platform's bKash/Nagad/Rocket number shown there and enter the transaction ID. It is separate from rent — rent always goes directly to your landlord. Landlords pay their own success fee to the platform.

Share any home from /rentals while signed in as an agent — your share link carries your agent code (tenants can also type your code when booking a visit). Or help a landlord list their building and ask them to add your code as the building's field agent. When a tenant you brought signs and the landlord's success fee is actually paid to the platform, part of that fee is paid out as commission through your normal rank ladder, like any verified sale. Nothing is ever paid for recruiting people.

Register at /register and choose "Agent" as your role. Once your account is set up, open "My Referral Link" (/my-referral) in the sidebar to get your own referral link and start sharing products.

Share your referral link — when someone buys through it, you're credited as the referring agent. Commission is calculated and paid to your wallet once the sale is verified, never before.

Ranks run from Affiliate up to a platform-defined top rank. Auto-promotion requires meeting BOTH your own sales target and your team-growth target together, never either alone. An admin can also promote or demote you manually at any time.

Yes — once you're signed in as an agent, every product and company page shows your own effective commission rate at your current rank.

Only you and the platform administrator (Super Admin). No company staff, and no other agent, can ever see your wallet balance or commission history.

Yes — every agent can set up a Storefront, a curated page of products you choose to feature, optionally on your own subdomain. A custom domain for it, and an Agent Package subscription that extends your referral reach beyond your default storefront, are both optional paid upgrades.

Register at /register/rider with your name, phone, and location — it only takes a minute. Your account starts pending, so a Super Admin needs to approve you before you can go online and start receiving deliveries.

New rider accounts start pending approval. You can sign in, but you can't set yourself Available or receive deliveries until a Super Admin approves you. If you're rejected, contact support to find out why.

Use the company registration page at /register/company — provide your company name and your own admin details. This creates the company and its first admin login in one step.

Their own company's products, service areas, sales/pickup points, facilities, and branding (logo, cover photo, name). Company staff cannot create or manage agents, and cannot see or set commission rates — commission and the agent network are controlled centrally by the platform only.

Your company agrees a commission pool — a percentage of each sale's amount — with the platform. The platform then distributes that pool across agent ranks according to the active commission plan.

Yes — if the platform has authorized your company to sell wholesale, /wholesale lets you buy in bulk from any other authorized company at their wholesale price, with delivery arranged once for the whole order.

A licensed sub-business (tenant) that runs its own storefront under the ZipCart platform, typically under its own branding, funded by a license or subscription fee rather than a commission share.

Contact the platform administrator to discuss licensing terms. Once agreed, a tenant admin account is provisioned so you can run and manage your own sub-business.

Yes — agents can take training modules (self-paced lessons and quizzes, or live sessions) to sharpen product and sales skills. Some modules are free, others are paid, and the platform can require certain modules before an agent starts earning commission.

Yes — finishing a module, whether in-app, by offline code, or by attending a live session, automatically issues you a Certificate of Completion. You can view and print it straight away, no request needed.

No — it's structurally impossible on this platform. Every commission entry must be linked to one real, verified sale record; there is no other way to earn commission.

Only if the platform administrator has enabled auto-demotion for that rank, or an admin manually changes it. By default, agents keep their rank until reviewed, even if they miss a target for a while.

Cash on delivery or pickup is always available. Where a company has turned it on, you can also pay via bKash (and sometimes Nagad or Rocket) — send the payment to the number shown at checkout, then confirm your payment with the transaction ID.

Enter it in the coupon box at checkout. If it's valid — whether it's a company's own coupon or a platform-wide Global Coupon — your discount is applied automatically before you pay.

Yes — some products are bookable rather than an instant purchase: request a time that suits you (like a site visit), pick an open time slot (like a doctor's visiting hours), or choose a date range (like a hotel stay). The product page shows which applies.

Verified commission is credited to your in-platform wallet. From there you can request a payout via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

Returns and refunds are handled by the selling company under its own policy — contact them first. Reach out to platform support if you need extra help.
